I was raised in a wonderful home with loving parents who were Christians. But in spite of a healthy home environment, I sometimes made poor decisions – went along with the crowd in high school and college – and got involved in activities that I knew were wrong.

Through talks with my grandfather (who encouraged me to follow Christ) and in meeting and making commitments to Natalie – now my wife – seeds of a relationship with God that my parents had planted began to take root during my last year in college.

With Christ in my life, I have found the strength to withstand peer pressure and have experienced His power at work within me. He has helped me to be a faithful husband and a spiritual guide for my children. I would challenge you to set aside anything that might be slowing you in moving toward God. Receive Christ and be a winner in this "race of life."
